Returns policy

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Our aim is to guarantee your complete satisfaction, if you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your unused item subject to the following criteria.

Items must be in their original unused condition;
Items must be sent in their original packaging;
Items can only be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery
Items must be sent in one single shipping; we cannot accept returned items from the same order sent separately.

We will offer a refund or exchange (if stock available) within 14 days of dispatch. The date your items were dispatched by us will be detailed in the documentation that arrives with your order. At our discretion we will pay the postage for all returned items at a rate of £10.00 (UK).

If you require an exchange on a faulty item and we have stock available, you will not be charged again for delivery.

Lie down I think I love you will not be responsible for damage that occurs during the return process.

Please note that all refunds and exchanges must be made through our website.

We will refund the original credit card charged only.

Lie down I think I love you accept no responsibility for any returns lost in transit and therefore recommend all returns be sent by registered post. It is advisable to obtain a proof of posting certificate if using the Post Office and arrange the necessary compensatory cover for the items.

Please note that your refund will be processed within 10-14 days from receipt of your return.

Once lie down I think I love you receives processes and accepts your return, you will receive an e-mail, which confirms your refund. After the e-mail confirmation, the refund will be processed according to the criteria stated above.

CUSTOMER CARE
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published including prices and promotions.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.

The Lie down I think I love you images cannot be copied, in their entirety or in part, amended, distributed and published or otherwise used without the written approval of Lie down I think I love you and its authors.

You may not frame this website within any website controlled by you.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. If any terms shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severed and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
